Team building & tournament win!

This week at JBC, we stepped away from the day-to-day to invest in what really drives our success, our people and our teamwork.

Eight of our engineers and office colleagues took part in a 5-a-side football tournament, bringing together teams from across the business in a fast-paced, competitive, and highly collaborative environment.

We’re proud to say the JBC team took home a tournament win  along with an amazing trophy, and secured a £100 donation to our chosen charity, Andy's Man Club. 

Creating opportunities like this strengthens relationships, improves communication, and helps build a culture where teams work better together, both on site and in the office.
