Our Annual JBC Roadshow

Last week we held our annual JBC Roadshow, bringing our engineers off the road and teams out of the office to come together and reflect on last years business performance.

Held over two half-day sessions at Leeds United Stadium, the Roadshow is a key moment in our calendar where our Senior Leadership Team shared insights across departments, reflected on a successful year of performance, and discussed the key initiatives shaping the year ahead.

Alongside breakfast and the chance to connect as a wider team, the sessions focused on clear business communication, celebrating achievements, and setting direction for continued growth.
