Congratulations to our apprentices on becoming fully qualified engineers!

A very proud JBC moment for our team as we sign off three of our apprentices as fully qualified engineers.

This is a significant achievement and a milestone that represents years of commitment, perseverance, and continuous development. From their first days learning the fundamentals to now taking on full responsibility in the field, each of them has demonstrated the dedication, resilience, and professionalism required to succeed in a demanding industry.

Becoming a fully qualified engineer isn’t just about technical ability — it’s about building confidence, problem-solving under pressure, and consistently delivering high standards in real-world environments. Harry, Jacob and Robbie have proven themselves every step of the way.

This achievement also reflects the strength of our apprenticeship programme and the support of our experienced teams, who play a vital role in mentoring, guiding, and sharing their knowledge to help shape the next generation. Thank you to everyone who has been involved in this journey!

Congratulations Harry, Jacob and Robbie, a well-deserved accomplishment and an exciting step forward in your careers. We’re proud to have you as part of the team and look forward to seeing your continued growth and impact.

We go again and look forward to our September 2026 Apprenticeship intake cohort!
