What has Harry been doing throughout his apprenticeship?

A really proud moment for JBC, congratulations to Harry on successfully completing his apprenticeship and becoming a qualified engineer! Since starting with JBC in September 2022, Harry has consitently shown confidence when faced with new challenges and has a genuine drive to develop his career within the service engineering team. He is always keen to get involved in team activities, recently part of the team 5-a-side championships and completing the Yorkshire 3 Peaks to raise money for Alex's Independent Life, Andy's man Club, and Cash 4 Kids. 

Harry's eagerness to learn and progress is evident as he begins working towards the next milestones in his development for 2026. Completing a range of training throughout his apprenticehip with JBC including: Safety Passport, Abrasive Wheels, PASMA, IPAF, Fire Warden / Fire Extinguisher, Manual Handling, Safe Isolation LOTO, Steam Safe Isolation, Limited Scope Gas Qualification, and Lead Boiler Engineer Matrix, Harry also achieved his BOAS qualification in October 2024!

Who have been Harry's role models?

"Harry Patel is one of my role models and has played a huge part in my development and journey to where I am to date. He's always treated me like a fully-fledged engineer giving me guidance and responsibilities to help grow my confidence and ability. He's a great mentor and a great friend and I wish to be as good as an engineer as him some day.

Jamie has been a great role model for me as helping me develop and become more confident in my own ability to perform tasks without hesitation or doubt. Allowing me the time and full effort to help me as I venture on my journey on my gas course.

Both Harry and Jamie have played a huge part in my development, and I hope to spend many more years working beside them both. Aspiring to be as knowledgeable and skilled engineers as they are."
