Apprentices – JBC investing in the future

Jack Marren and Matthew Lamb are on the boiler team based out of Normanton. Both have completed NVQ’s in Performing Engineering Operations at Wakefield college and will continuing to study on a day release whilst working with JBC.

Brad Drayton, our South West Service Engineer Apprentice will be working with Glyn in the south west while undertaking an Electrical Apprenticeship course via JTL to strengthen our resource in the south west.

Christian our existing boiler apprentice (who will also be starting a JTL course with a view of becoming a service engineer) and JBC managers welcomed them into the business.

Their appetite for learning and hard work will help the industry secure essential skills for the future of engineering.
