A visit from the Ice Cream Van

A well-deserved break for the JBC team.

Today, we welcomed the ice cream van back to our Normanton office, giving our office team the chance to step away from their desks, enjoy a treat and make the most of the warmer weather.

At JBC, it is our people who keep everything moving, and we believe it is important to take the time to recognise the hard work and contribution of teams across the business.

This week it was the ice cream van for the office – and starting next week for a few weeks, our engineers will be swapping tools for steering wheels as they head out for an evening of go-karting.

Creating opportunities for our people to connect, take a break and enjoy time together is just one of the ways we continue to build a positive workplace culture at JBC.
