2026 Employee Engagement Score

We have some fantastic news to share, the results of our 2026 Employee Engagement Survey are in!

This year, we're incredibly proud to have achieved an engagement score of 88/100, improving on last year's excellent score of 83.

A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to complete the survey.

With a 61% participation rate, the feedback we've received gives us valuable insight into what's working well and where we can continue to improve.

At JBC, we believe that listening to our people is essential. Honest feedback helps us create a better workplace, strengthen our culture, and ensure we're providing the support our teams need to thrive. The survey is more than just collecting an engagement score, it’s about understanding what matters most to our employees and turning that feedback into meaningful action.
