Every year, our Head of Recruitment, People & Culture, Kate, runs our annual Employee Survey. This summer, we received another fantastic response from across the business, and this week Kate has been running sessions to share the results and insights with all our teams.
We’re proud to see such positive feedback, and even more proud to share that we received an engagement score of 83%, an excellent result a clear reflection of the strength of our teams. Just as importantly, we’re committed to listening, learning, and acting on areas where we can improve.

JBC Updates
JBC have invested in ‘Trainee Industrial Boiler fitters’ as part of its company growth strategy. Three of the trainees will work from our Yorkshire office and one from our Cramlington office.
