Every year, our Head of Recruitment, People & Culture, Kate, runs our annual Employee Survey. This summer, we received another fantastic response from across the business, and this week Kate has been running sessions to share the results and insights with all our teams.
We’re proud to see such positive feedback, and even more proud to share that we received an engagement score of 83%, an excellent result a clear reflection of the strength of our teams. Just as importantly, we’re committed to listening, learning, and acting on areas where we can improve.

JBC Updates
This summer, we ran a JBC Colouring Competition for the young ones connected to our team, a fun and creative way to keep busy during the school holidays.
JBC Updates
JBC are exhibiting at the SIBA BeerX exhibition, held at the Exhibition Centre in Liverpool on the 14th and 15th March 2018. SIBA BeerX is the UK’s independent craft brewing trade show and represents more than 850 British brewers.
