By selecting a control unit with a matching footprint, JBC minimised the need for any structural changes and completed the upgrade with minimal disruption to the client’s operations. The new Fireye BurnerPro system significantly improved fault diagnosis, reducing response time for engineers and cutting unplanned downtime. Additionally, the client benefited from lower long-term maintenance costs and no longer faced the delays and risks associated with sourcing obsolete parts.
