JBC are no strangers to investment in the future of the industry and the skilled personnel operating within it. We have specific individual training matrices for existing employees and an apprentice recruitment programme funded exclusively by the company.
Apprentices can train to become pipefitter welders, boiler operatives or combustion service engineers over a designated period of time and undertake professional qualifications whilst learning vital job skills.
