Designed to work with any boiler or burner application, our technology operates using a compact alarm monitoring and remote control device supported by short messages (SMS), phone calls, e-mail and GPRS connections.
The system works by instantly notifying our service engineering department at the time of the breakdown, so more often we know that there is a problem before you do, which allows for our service response team to deal with the problem instantly if a breakdown occurs.
In most cases we will be calling you requesting what action to take; dispatch an engineer or support through the telephone, reducing management time, downtime and cost.
The system can be leased, installed as a one off as retrofit or for existing clients, integrated into the service contract for a reduced rate.
