Burner Controls - Combustion Trim Controls

Combustion trim systems (e.g. Oxygen Trim Systems) monitor the combustion process and use feedback control to closely regulate and maintain programmed air and fuel flows. The precise control of excess air levels across the entire modulating range of the burner improves efficiency by reducing boiler flue losses.

Combustion trim systems can improve boiler efficiency by 1% to 2%.
